My involvement can range from a defined review or design question to a longer engagement within a team. I connect architecture and implementation: establishing direction, developing decisions and helping deliver the work.

What an engagement can produce

Depending on the scope, I work on a current-state assessment, HLD or LLD, risk and dependency review, migration approach or technical roadmap. For automation, the result may be a repeatable process with deployment and handover.

We agree on the question, the intended outcome and the information or access needed. This keeps the engagement specific and lets us check progress against the outcome we actually need.

Working with your team

I build on the knowledge already present. Engineers and operators understand the reality of the environment; architecture establishes direction and constraints. I help connect those perspectives and make decisions open to discussion.

I can move between design conversations, technical detail and priority discussions. That ability to connect different levels is particularly useful in complex infrastructure initiatives.
