Contact and processing
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and message to handle your request. It sends these to the business mailbox. The website does not store the submission as a form entry in the WordPress database. Mailbox and hosting services may keep logs and backups; review their settings.
Security and cookies
Spam protection temporarily uses a hashed value derived from the IP address. No marketing tracking or external analytics are included. WordPress uses functional cookies when administrators sign in. Hosting may keep access logs.
Retention and rights
Before publication, complete the retention periods, lawful basis and hosting/mail providers. Contact us to request access, correction or erasure of your personal data. You may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
